HAPPENING NOW (21 November 2024): Technical sessions on Executive Presence and the Generational Workforce at SGV’s 2024 New Manager and Assistant Director Program (NMADP) in Boracay are underway. Resource speakers are Enhance Your Image Training Consultancy President Carolina Tan, AICI CIP and SGV People Consulting Associate Principal Veronica Estrella. They share insights on projecting confidence and leadership and discuss strategies for managing and collaborating across different age groups. These sessions aim to empower SGV’s new managers and assistant directors with essential soft skills for effective leadership.
