#TrailblazingTuesday SHEDDING BARRIERS. Sharing these from last night’s “PARTNERS’ CONNECT – Crafting Connections: A Beerfest Event”. I started my real estate career in 2005 doing project selling for residential condos. After all these years & including secondary market properties in between, I believe it’s high time to add INDUSTRIAL LOTS. Yes these are for the select few considering the cut sizes & per square meter value. One thing is certain for sure, the right buyers for these exist!

Though most of the faces I’ve only met for the first time, we have a common denominator of appreciating our profession. Indeed a night of new connections & potential collaborations. Congratulations also to the awardees & top producers this year! 👏Today I’m reminded of a quote by Albert Einstein “The mind that opens to a new idea never returns to its original size.”
